S Street Dog Park In Dupont Circle

Just across the street from our featured listing in Dupont Circle is the S Street Dog Park, a community gathering place for residents and their furry friends.

The park is run by the DC Department Of Parks and Recreation and was actually the FIRST official off the leash dog park in the District. The park is 5,600 square feet of fenced in roaming space with a dog friendly synthetic turf surface. The park also has lights around the outside, a sitting area and of course, pet waste receptacles.

The dog park is located in the quiet residential section of Dupont Circle, surrounded by great places to live. One of those places is the Concord Condominiums, a highly coveted, secure entrance building with fantastic studio condos. Take a 3D tour of one of these units that is available for sale, and be sure to take advantage of the dog park right outside your front door when you move in!

The S Street Dog Park is open to the public on weekdays at 7am and weekends at 8pm. It closes each night at 8pm. It is located on the triangle of S Street, New Hampshire Avenue and 17th Street In Northwest Washington, D.C.
