This December, the Fairfax County Park Authority and Burke Lake Park are turning their beautiful lakeside escape into a holiday paradise. For just 2 weekends only (Saturday & Sunday, Dec 2/3 and 9/10) it is Winter Wonderland at Burke Lake Park in Fairfax Station, Virginia (7315 Ox Rd, Fairfax Station, VA 22039). Passes are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate (official link).
The festivities begin at 10am and include a special Holiday Express train around the park, a snowman’s wagon ride, and a caroler’s carousel. Play a round of gingerbread mini-golf, enjoy some smores by the fire and of course, SANTA WILL BE THERE! I KNOWWWWW HIM!!!!!
If you plan to visit on Sunday, December 3rd, stop by at our open house around the corner at 7773 Clifton Rd, Fairfax Station, VA 22039 (2pm-3pm) and see how homes by the park on the market are looking in beautiful Fairfax Station. (The weather is supposed to be great!)
