One of the hottest local restaurant chains in the DC Metro Area is Taco Bamba. This fabulous taqueria was started by local star chef Victor Albisu. The original location is hidden away in a Falls Church shopping center (off of Route 7 just minutes from I-66) and is always packed due to their amazing variety of tacos.
The thing that gets many guests excited are the exotic types of tacos available. Have you ever had beef tongue (lengua)? How about beef intestines (tripa)? What about goat (birra)? All of these and many more are available at Taco Bamba and you would be shocked at how delicious they are.
