Go Ape is an exhilarating outdoor adventure park, located in Springfield, Va. This adventure park has 4 different activities for beginner and advanced persons including a Treetop Adventure, Treetop Journey, Axe Throwing and a Monkey Drop.
The Monkey Drop is a 40 foot drop off of a wooden platform. Talk about thrilling! Both treetop activities include bridges, obstacles, Tarzan swings and zip lines throughout the trees. They are connected to a rope by harness. This riveting adventure park is perfect for all ages. Although, there are height requirements for each activity so make sure to check within your closest location before visiting.
Before you begin your activity the instructors will take you step by step so you know how to unhook your harness and move through the different obstacles. There are also water stations throughout the courses to stay hydrated in the summer months.
