Walking into Chop Shop Taco on Madison street in Parker-Gray Alexandria is reminiscent of the great taco shops of Venice Beach. This converted auto garage from the 70’s has found a second life in the 21st century as a down-to-earth, no reservation taking, taco slinging work of art. Our CEO, James Nellis, stops by to see what all the fuss is about and of course, eat some of the best tacos this side of the Potomac.
