NG Investments has acquired and renovated an iconic Wardman rowhome and converted it into 3 condominiums. Restoring this classic home to its intended prestige has contributed significantly to the revitalization of 16th Street Heights and the surrounding community.
Each of the 3 units will be named after someone a member of The Nellis Group Family has lost to cancer.
However, we need your help to NAME the building. The Nellis Group is holding a contest to choose the building name, and the winner will receive $150.00 with a credit to their favorite local business (regardless of state/area).

We will select our top 3 submissions on Monday, June 15th. A poll will be created from the 3 chosen names, and the highest number of votes will be the winner. The poll will close at 5:00 pm EST on Friday, June 19th.
