PVI Is Moving! Paul VI Catholic High School New Loudoun Campus Tour

Paul VI Catholic High School, one of the DC Metro Area’s premiere Catholic Schools will be moving its campus from Fairfax County to Loudoun County with a projected date of 2020. The Nellis Group Real Estate was able to take a tour of the new campus, located on Braddock Road between Riding Center Drive and Donerails Chase Drive. Watch the video to see the site just before they begin building!

The Nellis Group has a fantastic relationship with PVI. We’ve been helping Panther alumni, family and friends buy, sell and invest in the DC Metro Area and beyond. Our Real Estate team has been helping clients in DC, Maryland and Virginia since 1983, the same year PVI opened up in Fairfax!

CEO James Nellis (Class of 1994) and Marketing Director Chris Comerford (Class of 2000) both attended the school, and Paul VI is one of the Nellis Group’s featured Charity Partners. For every single client that the Nellis Group helps, we are able to contribute a portion of our commission to one of our local charities including PVI. We have also established a scholarship fund for students with financial needs at PVI.

The new campus is going to be more accessible to those in Loudoun and Prince William Counties but will still have students from all over the DC Metro area. If you have any questions about homes or neighborhoods close to the new campus please contact the Nellis Group at 703-348-6442.
