The Nellis Group hosted the latest in the NG Seminar Series on Tuesday night at our Washington D.C. office. A large group of excited potential new home buyers gathered to learn some of the key items that every home buyer should know, and those that are particularly important to those who are going through the process for the first time.

While the Nellis Group serves Virginia, DC and Maryland, this particular event focused on some of the ins and outs of the process in DC and Maryland. CEO James Nellis talked about the Real Estate side of the process with the Nellis Group crew of DC & Maryland community experts. Local lender Sean Johnson from Movement Mortgage turned the focus of the presentation towards some of the big lending questions such as loan types, pre-qualifications and some of the reasons people are shifting from rending towards buying.
