On Wednesday, January 31st, the Nellis Group took a big step that will help us to continue to provide excellent and customized service to all of our friends in the military, veterans and their families. The team received their MilRES (Military Residential) certification, a specialized educational opportunity provided to forward thinking Real Estate agents who have made a commitment to better serving veterans, active duty personnel and reservists.
Serving Those Who Serve Us
For several of our already trained MilRES agents, this was an opportunity to keep up with the latest trends and challenges facing the military when it comes to Real Estate. For the other members of a team, it was a chance to build their skills on things like VA loans, HAP and the military lifestyle. Our CEO James Nellis comes from an Air Force family, and understands the need for our agents to be able to provide top of the line service to our military, especially in the DC Metro Area.
Our military heroes and their families deserve the best of care. They put their lives on the line for our freedoms and the last thing they need to worry about is dealing with an uneducated Realtor.
