Saneva’s ability to multitask while remaining focused on the needs of our clients is next level. Being licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, Saneva has to memorize each jurisdiction’s contracts, laws, restrictions, and nuances while negotiating, writing offers, managing new construction projects, and everything else that comes with the territory.
Saneva can remain focused because she genuinely enjoys what she does, as all of us at NG know. We all look forward to her inspirational coffee posts reminding us of just how much she loves real estate. Not only is Saneva focused on her real estate career here at The Nellis group, but she shines exceptionally bright when it comes to being a “real estate mom” to NeAva and Reggie. Being a mom of 2 student-athletes, Saneva is always focused on her family and children’s needs.
